The Institute for Middle East Peace™ is a United States 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the U.S. District of Columbia (Washington DC).
It is non-partisan and non-sectarian. IMEP is headquartered in Washington, D.C. and has a network of partners and staff based in the Middle East and across the world.
Our Mission
We strive to inspire the next generation of leaders in the Middle East and North Africa. Through educational, cultural, developmental, and humanitarian programs, the Institute plays a critical role in the Middle East’s recovery and development.
We also work to create educational, sponsorship, and vis-à-vis exchange programs to help improve the quality of life of the region’s underprivileged and underrepresented communities, and to equip youth with the necessary requisites to build and sustain a peaceful, progressive, and prosperous homeland, all the while, contributing to the viability of the national and global development processes, throughout the Middle East and beyond.
